Who am I?
I appreciate meeting others
I have encountered extraordinary people throughout my journey. I have learned so much from their stories, their examples, and their sharing. Many have inspired me during the pivotal moments of my life. I continue to learn and grow with each person I meet.
I am flexible and creative in the face of difficult and delicate situations
My life and professional experiences have allowed me to develop flexibility and creativity when dealing with difficult and delicate situations.
I possess a substantial and diverse set of knowledge and tools
“A Swiss army knife.” That’s how some people describe me. My journey is somewhat unconventional: a variety of training and personal and professional experiences have provided me with a substantial set of knowledge and tools.
I am an entrepreneur at heart
Running my own business gives me the satisfaction of honoring my ancestors, who were entrepreneurs for generations. Five generations of butchers, a hairdresser, a restaurateur on one side, several farmers and a doctor on the other—I carry a strong entrepreneurial legacy.
I have extensive experience in leadership
Since the beginning of my career, I have always found myself leading something: a project, a team, a department, or an organization. It is naturally and unconsciously that I continuously took on leadership roles. Once I became aware of this, I intentionally developed more specific skills to fulfill my role effectively and humanely on a daily basis.
I practice coaching
Most of my career has taken place in the United States, and it was there that I discovered coaching. First, I was coached by an experienced leadership coach. Later, I completed a coaching training with the Coach Transformation Academy, an academy recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Certain encounters in recent years have made me realize the true transformational power of coaching and have encouraged me to fully embrace its practice.
And outside of work?
I am the wife of an entrepreneur. Yes, it never stops. And the mother of three children. I love reading. I read a lot to continue my own personal and professional development. In my free time, I mainly choose stories where a crime needs to be solved—I have a real fascination with problem-solving! I also enjoy a good historical romance.
To relax, there’s nothing like a walk in nature and ending the day with the sound of a crackling fire in the fireplace.
I am passionate about oenology. Two birds with one stone—I travel to taste wine and meet new people.
