Nature of Data Collected

During browsing, our server (hosted by LWS.FR) stores logs. This mainly involves collecting your IP address and request history (such as a page visit).
Users may provide personal data by submitting a request via the contact form, online order form, or newsletter subscription form.

Purpose of Data Collection

Server logs are used to detect intrusion attempts and anomalies, ensuring the security of the IT system.
Information entered by the user through the contact form, online order form, or newsletter subscription is used solely to respond to the user’s request. For commercial inquiries, with the explicit consent of the individual, personal data may also be used for business-related mailings (new services, event participation, etc.). Personal data will only be used for these purposes.

Who Processes the Collected Data?

DIREXION (site management company, subcontractor) and LWS.FR (hosting company, subcontractor) are the recipients of server logs for the purpose described above. Access to the logging system is secured and regulated. LWS.FR is a subcontractor and guarantees that all technical and organizational measures to protect data are in place as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), replacing Directive 95/46/EC.
RAN ENTREPRISE SRL is the recipient of the information collected via the contact form, online order form, or newsletter form for the purposes described above.

User Consent

Each user is clearly informed of how their personal data may be used at the time they provide it, as described in this privacy policy.

Retention Period

Server logs are stored for a period of 24 months.
Data collected via the contact form on this site is retained for a period of 3 years. Newsletter form data is kept until the client decides to unsubscribe from the newsletter. An unsubscribe link will be provided in every email.
