The collective organization of a project includes several stages. Skipping a step or moving too quickly increases the risk of not reaching the intended goals. It is important to consider each of these stages one by one: from assessing the project’s viability to celebrating achievements, including identifying the target audience, available and necessary resources, and defining objectives.

Leadership & Shared Leadership

Today’s leadership is very different from that of the past. It involves creating work environments that support both the well-being of individuals and productivity. New skills are required. There are even shared leadership models where everyone finds their place.

Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize and understand one’s own emotions, those of others, and use this knowledge to manage personal behavior and relationships with others. It is a key skill in today’s leadership.

Public Narrative

Public narrative is an effective communication technique that conveys a story embedded with values. The construction of this narrative is done step by step and allows the target audience to decide on their level of engagement. It is a crucial step in project implementation.

The Effective Project and Public Narrative are centered around existing or upcoming specific projects.

For several years, I have participated in the implementation of activities aimed at greater social justice and the improvement of public health. Since then, I have taken a particular interest in the development of projects that aim to enhance the well-being and quality of life for others. It is also through encounters with others and these projects that acceptance and tolerance are built. There is incredible richness in diversity. These themes are dear to my heart. I believe we all have a responsibility in building a just world for everyone.
